Here are a few of our important forms for you to download, print and sign. Please ensure you have given us a current Indemnity form as of 1st January 2013. We only require one each year. You can email us a scanned copy or bring it with you on the day of the event.
Additionally, if your child (under 18) is participating in one of our events, we require you to sign an Annexure to the Indemnity form (below). You can email us a scanned copy or bring it with you on the day of the event.
